Suhoor Banana and Oat Smoothie

Easy suhoor recipes for all the family to enjoy. Suhoor is a tricky time to eat we hope you enjoy this simple smoothie recipe as much as we do. Packed with protein this will keep you feeling energized all day.

Banana & Oat Smoothie

Ingredients

(serves 1-2)

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1 Cup Milk (you can use any milk alternatives too I like Almond Milk)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Ice

Optional:

  • Dates
  • Greek or Low Fat Vanilla Yoghurt
  • Protein Powder
  • Raisins
  • Nuts
  • Flax Seeds
  • Coaco Powder

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into smoothie maker
  2. Blend until Smooth
  3. Enjoy

Tips: You can always use frozen bananas, it makes the smoothie much creamier. I always peel and freeze any bananas that we have left over each week.
