Suhoor Banana and Oat Smoothie

Banana & Oat Smoothie

Ingredients

(serves 1-2)

  • 1-Banana
  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 1-Cup Milk (you can use any milk alternatives too I like Almond Milk)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Ice

Optional:

  • Dates
  • Greek or Low Fat Vanilla Yoghurt
  • Protein Powder
  • Raisins
  • Nuts
  • Flax Seeds
  • Coaco Powder

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into smoothie maker
  2. Blend until Smooth
  3. Enjoy

Tips: You can always use frozen bananas as it makes the smoothie much creamier. I always peel and freeze any bananas that we have left over each week.
