Banana & Oat Smoothie
Ingredients
(serves 1-2)
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup Oats
- 1 Cup Milk (you can use any milk alternatives too I like Almond Milk)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Ice
Optional:
- Dates
- Greek or Low Fat Vanilla Yoghurt
- Protein Powder
- Raisins
- Nuts
- Flax Seeds
- Coaco Powder
Method:
- Add all ingredients into smoothie maker
- Blend until Smooth
- Enjoy
Tips: You can always use frozen bananas, it makes the smoothie much creamier. I always peel and freeze any bananas that we have left over each week.
